If you own an E-Bike of a brand that IS carried in the CycleZoo store, BUT you purchased it online or from another dealer, we can offer paid service for repairs and maintenance, as well as we can normally coordinate manufacturer warranty service for your bike. Contact us for details.
IF YOUR BIKE WAS PURCHASED ONLINE OR FROM ANOTHER DEALER - BRANDS NOT CARRIED IN OUR STORE:
If you own an E-Bike of a brand that IS NOT carried in the CycleZoo store which you purchased online or from another dealer, we MAY BE ABLE TO offer paid service for repairs and maintenance for your bike. We DO NOT work on all E-Bikes, if you have a bike that is a brand not carried in our store, contact us to inquire about service options. Particularly any off brand/discount brand bikes sold in a department store, Amazon, E-Bay, etc. we are not likely to be able to offer any services on due to lack of parts availability, service information and poor quality manufacturing. If your bike is of a major/reputable brand of E-Bike we're much more likely to be able to help you. Contact us for details.
IF YOU HAVE A STANDARD (NON-ELECTRIC) BICYCLE:
We CAN offer standard bicycle service at our professional service facility for most "premium" bicycle brands, and in particular we offer full service for mountain bikes including full suspension services. Contact us for details.

WARRANTY COVERAGE:
The bike brands we sell all come with manufacturer warranty coverage. If you have a warranty issue with a bike brand sold in our store, just contact us and we will coordinate any warranty service you need.
If you have a bike of a brand NOT sold in our store, we normally have no ability to offer warranty services for you. We recommend contacting the manufacturer directly first if you purchased your E-Bike over the internet direct from the manufacturer or from another dealer. For warranty services provided on bikes NOT purchased at CycleZoo E-Bikes, you will be responsible for all actual labor, parts and service supply charges not pre-authorized for payment by the manufacturer.

CycleZoo can tune up YOUR E-Bike to ensure longevity and safety in all of your riding adventures! We recommend this service to be performed annually for casual riders, for daily commuters and/or higher mileage riders more frequent maintenance may be recommended. Contact us for advice and recommendations on maintenance for your particular riding conditions.

$99 Annual E-Bike Tune-Up* Includes:
- Check brake pads for wear and alignment
- Check brake rotors for wear and straightness
- Check brake cable tension (non-hydraulic brakes) and adjust if necessary
- Check hydraulic brake pressure and bleed system if necessary (hydraulic brakes)
- $33.75 per brake additional fee applies for hydraulic system bleeding if necessary
- Check derailleur (if equipped) for proper operation
- Clean lube and adjust derailleur and shifting cable
- Check wheel spoke tension and true wheels if necessary (ADDITIONAL hourly labor charges for wheel truing will apply if necessary)
- Check headset tightness
- Check axle tightness and alignment
- Check pedal tightness
- Check torque on all fasteners including handlebars, fenders, racks etc.
- Clean and inspect entire bicycle including frame, suspension and other components
- Test-ride and verify proper function of all components
* Pricing for bike purchased at CycleZoo only. Base price for service includes the labor and service supplies to complete all items listed. Any additional repairs found to be necessary or component replacements required will incur additional fees for parts and labor. We will notify you of any items and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional service work.
